Veloryhan is a world of vast silent plains and perpetual twilight, orbiting a distant blue-white star at the outer edge of the Andromeda galaxy. Its atmosphere filters most visible light, casting the surface in a cold, diffuse luminescence. There are no oceans, no storms. The planet is extraordinarily still. Geological surveys suggest an age far exceeding most known inhabited worlds. Whatever shaped Veloryhan did so long before recorded history.
Biology
The Veloryan evolved in conditions of near-total sensory deprivation. In the absence of sound and intense light, they developed an alternative perceptual system, a form of biological transmission operating on frequencies undetectable by human instrumentation. Their milk-white pigmentation reflects ambient light with near-perfect efficiency, reducing heat absorption on a cold world. The cranial structure, often compared to a clamshell by human observers, houses an expanded neural architecture dedicated entirely to signal emission and reception.

Description
A female humanoid of striking and unsettling beauty. Her skin is uniformly milk-white, smooth and luminous, with no visible imperfections. She wears a form-fitting suit of the same white tone, edged with sharp black borders that trace the contours of her slender yet shapely figure. Most distinctive is her cranial structure, elongated and curved, resembling the smooth arched form of a clamshell, entirely devoid of hair. Her eyes contain no iris or visible pupil: two luminous azure points, pale at the center, that emit a faint and constant glow. Her gaze does not move as a human gaze would. It transmits.
Note
The designation "Velori" used by human researchers is considered a simplification. The Veloryan have no known name for themselves, only a frequency. The name Kaëlia is a human designation, assigned by researchers attempting to transcribe her biological transmission frequency into pronounceable form. She has never confirmed it.
